Cushman & Wakefield brought new retailers in AFI Palace and Fashion House

 

Bucharest, 19th April 2011: Cushman & Wakefield recently leased new five shops in AFI Palace Cotroceni and Fashion House Outlet Center, namely:

 

·          Salomon,  with sportsware and sports equipments

·          Manufaktura, with cosmetics and bath products

·          Istyle Apple with its well known IT Apple products

·          D’S Damat with mensweare and accesories

·          and D’S Damat shop in Fashion House Outlet Center Bucharest. 

 

Salomon, is an international brand which is now present in Afi Palace Cotroceni, starting March. The monobrand shop has 83 sqm with foot ware and sports ware products. The total investment for shop refurbishment and merchandise stock is of aprox. 120.000 Eur.   

The new shop is located at the first floor and is adding new branded products to the existing sports goods already existing in AFI Palace.

 

Manufaktura, a brand originally from Check, is specialized in production and selling of a wide variety of natural traditional Check products. The shop is located at the ground floor, in front of real Hypermarket, adding new beauty products to the existing merchandise mix.

The shop is opened from the beginning of the year, with a total investment of approx. 30.000 Eur.

 

iStyle – Apple Premium Reseller, the market leader for Apple in Romania, launched in April 9th. which represents the flagship shop of the network.

The shop has 125 sqm, this new location is the largest network’s shop in Romania, and is one of the most important projects of the company in the region.

As a premiere, in iStyle shop in Afi palace, will be presented for selling the iPhone mobiles of the 4th. generation. Another novelty will be presentation of the MacBook Pro new generation, with the latest Intel processors, Sandy Bridge.

The iStyle Cotroceni shop is designed by the latest Apple standards, with a total investment of approx. 150.000 Eur. The shop is offering a “hands –on experience” of the product’s functionality, so the customer can easily choose the desired product.

« The new shop concept which is brought in Romania by iStyle, is emphasising the interaction between the client and our products, facilitating that magic moment when is deciding that only an Apple product is the right one”, added Dora Popeneciu.

 

Another shop opened on Thursday April 14th. which was leased by Cushman & Wakefield in AFI Palace Cotroceni, is D’S Damat, exclusively  menswear shop.

The shop has 171 sqm and will have the latest shop design of the D’S Damat brand in Romania.

The competitiveness of the brand’s « ready to wear » products assured the success in Turkey, and the company has the same target for the rest of the countries where is currently expanding. In Turkey, exists now 380 shops, since 2002 when the brand was born, and other countries are in the expansion company plans, such as: India, Africa de Sud, U.S, and Eastern Europe.

In Romania the company opened in 2010 its first shop, planning that by 2013 the total number of shops will be 10. “We believe we can be the market leader for menswear segment”, says Teodora Burz, the company representing in Romania.

Cushman & Wakefield leased a new D’S Damat shop in the first outlet centre in Romania, Fashion House Outlet Centre. The shop will have 157 sqm and is located near Mango shop with the opening day on Saturday April 16th.
