·          At the beginning of April the retailer “Calzedonia” will open its first shop in Romania

·          The shop will have 200 sqm and will be located in Pta. Romana, on Magheru Blvd.;

 

Cushman & Wakefield represented the Italian retailer, Calzedonia, in renting the first shop in Romania, in a high street location in Piata Romana on Magheru Blvd.

The retail has chosen a high street location for the first shop in our country because this in accordance with the expansion plans in a country: first opening in a high street location with a very good visibility, in a well known commercial are.

 

The development plan for Romania for  the next two years includes opening of more  new “Calzedonia” shops, firstly, in Bucharest, in high street locations and in well established shopping centres, and next phase will include other important cities.”
