Cushman & Wakefield mediated the leasing of 1,700 sq m in Monsena Distribution Center A1

Bucharest, 15th March 2010, the global consultant Cushman & Wakefield announced the concluding of a leasing contract for 1,700 sq m in Monsena Distribution Center A1 by the Austrian company Schachermayer, company which is acting in distribution sector of ironware for carpentry, furniture, glass and interior design products.

Gabriel Sfetcu, Head of Industrial Department Cushman & Wakefield stated: "The Austrian company chose this project for its relocation first of all for its good location and visibility. The tenant will deploy distribution activities for carpentry, furniture and interior design sectors.

In this transaction Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord and the negotiations lasted one month".

Regarding this leasing transactions the Schachermayer's representative, Mr. George Pirvu, General Manager, stated: "We appreciate the professionalism of Cushman & Wakefield specialist who clearly identified our demands and offered to Schachermayer Romania the optimal solution for relocation.

The lease space in Monsena Distribution Center A1 assures to our company excellent premises for running the company's development strategy in the next years".
